"I never doubted that equal rights was the right direction. Most reforms, most problems are complicated. But to me there is nothing complicated about ordinary equality" -Alice Paul

Outcome of the Protest

Back before women could vote they were furious because they seen a world where everyone would be equal, and have the right to vote for everyone epically women. They thought that women should have all the rights as a man has, so they fought for what they believed in and soon all that fighting payed off. In 1920 they finally won the war that they had been fighting for over a hundred years. They finally had won the equal rights they so deserved. It was added to the amendments and now all women in America can vote and have a say in things that they think is right. So just that one little strike made it possible for us to run for president, vote for political things and even be in a political office. We can-finally-act as the 'better half' now that both halves are equal.  And this was just the beginning. Rosa Parks was mentioned on an earlier page, and she led the way for people of all races to be equal.
